President's Message

Our new chapter is the result of the merger of the former NorCal/Norwest, Southern California and Southwest Chapters.

The merger of these chapters was voted on and approved by the general membership of the American Coach Association. The By-laws of our new Western Regional Chapter have been written and recently approved. The By-Laws will be posted to our new website real soon. If you would like a copy in the meantime, please let one of the Officers know and they will certainly be happy to send you an email copy.

The officers of the new Chapter are:
President: Robert Clapper (former Southern California Chapter)
Vice President: John Carr (former NorCal/Northwest Chapter)
Vice President: Doug Anderson (former Southwest Chapter)
Secretary: Patricia Adams
Membership Chairperson and Treasurer: Debbie Darby

In an effort to provide similar representation of the same geographical areas of the previous chapters to the National ACA Board, The President and two Vice Presidents will maintain a vote on the national board.

All members that were current with one of the merged Chapters are automatically members of our new Western Regional Chapter. The annual dues for membership in the Western Regional Chapter are $15.00 per year. All members due date for dues will be July 1st annually.

Our board has agreed to give members credit for the dues they may have been paid previously to one of the 3 chapters. I have include in an attached word document that has a list of members that are paid into 2021 with a few others into 2022/23.

SO if you do not see your name on that list your dues are due on or before July 1st 2020 . In other words, NOW! Please also see the attached application form, which should be used to mail your dues to Debbie Darby, our membership Chair person.

Work is now underway to obtain a tax ID for our new Chapter, consolidate the books, records and accounts of the three former Chapters, to put together a new Website for our chapter and work with our national treasurers to notify the taxing authorities that the former Chapters have been dissolved.

We are excited to tell you all our next rally is scheduled for September 13 - 17, 2020 at the Mountain Valley RV Resort in Heber City, Utah.
